Steep, narrow stairs present a challenge when navigating with luggage. the sink's design isn’t ideal for washing a face, just hands, resulting in a splash zone. For an extra charge, upgraded to a slightly better room, but still noted lingering mold issues in the shower area and stains on the mattress.
